Delicious BBQ Recipes Paired with Sophisticated Drinks

1. Tarragon & Mascarpone Chicken with The Classic White
This is one of the easiest recipes in our Jukes culinary repertoire, and it is a stunning precise match, too. With very little preparation time and barely any effort needed to plate up your bounty, this is a perfect dinner party dish

The citrusy notes in Jukes 1 perfectly complement the marinated chicken, creating a light and zesty combination that’s ideal for a warm summer day.
2. Halloumi Kebabs with Sparkling White
Vegetarian options like grilled halloumi and veggie skewers are a BBQ staple. Make the marinade by mixing the lemon juice, thyme leaves and olive oil and set aside. Assemble the skewers by threading similarly sized chunks of courgette, red onion, halloumi, cherry tomatoes, and peppers, alternately, onto the skewers. The full recipe can be found here.

The delicate flavours of Jukes 1 complement the freshness of the vegetables, making it a hit among health-conscious guests.

3. Barbecued Prawns paired with The Rosé
Marinade the prawns in olive oil, a pinch of sea salt and garlic for half an hour. Twenty minutes before serving, carefully toss the fennel in olive oil and sea salt and then char them a little on the barbecue. Pair them with Jukes 8 – The Rosé for a light and fruity accompaniment. View the full recipe here.
