The Telegraph: Beyond dry January: how to drink less (but better) with the best booze-free drinks on the market

“On to drinks that have no alcoholic equivalent. The craze for switchels and drinking vinegars continues. My wine-writing colleague Matthew Jukes has launched Jukes Cordialities, a switchel that comes in two flavours (numbers 1 and 6). I particularly like the golden no 1, which is made using apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, peach, cucumber, plum, apple and pineapple and tastes very smooth when diluted with water, soda or tonic. No. 6 is claret-coloured – the idea being that you can order these when out and fit in with all the wine drinkers.”
