The Telegraph: The expert guide to wine in 2020: what to drink and where to put your money

“One new launch to look out for is Jukes Cordialities from London-based wine writer Matthew Jukes and his business partner Jack Hollihan, who lives in New York. These are switchels, made from fruit, sugar and apple cider vinegar, packaged in individual bottles, that can be added to still water, soda or tonic.

With packaging by Barber & Osgerby (who designed the iconic Loop table) they look as well as taste the part. Currently served in the restaurant at Tate Britain, at members’ club 67 Pall Mall and at Trinity in Clapham, they can also be bought directly from Jukes Cordialities (£35 for a box of nine).”
